心理护理干预对白内障患者术前焦虑的影响分析

目的评价心理护理干预对白内障手术患者术前焦虑情绪的影响价值,为眼科临床护理工作的开展提供可行性参考依据。方法选择我院收治的80例白内障手术患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为常规护理组以及心理护理组,每组各40例。对比两组白内障手术患者术前焦虑情绪评分、护理满意度情况。结果心理护理组患者的护理满意度以及术前焦虑评分分别为97.5%,(36.50±5.60)分;常规护理组患者的护理满意度以及术前焦虑评分分别为85.0%,(46.20±6.30)分。心理护理组白内障手术患者术前焦虑情绪以及护理满意度均优于常规护理组,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理可以改善白内障手术患者的术前焦虑情绪,提高患者护理满意度以及治疗配合度、依从性,促进手术的开展和治疗预后。

Objective To evaluate the influence of psychological nursing intervention on preoperative anxiety of cataract surgery patients, and to provide a feasible reference basis for clinical nursing work in ophthalmology. Methods 80 cases of cataract surgery patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into routine nursing group and psychological nursing group, 40 cases in each group. Psychological care group cataract surgery patients preoperative anxiety and nursing satisfaction were better than the routine care group, the data between groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve the anxiety of patients undergoing cataract surgery before operation, improve patient care satisfaction and treatment compliance, compliance, and promote the development of operation and prognosis.
