心理护理干预在减轻耳鼻喉部术后疼痛程度的效果影响

The Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on the Pain Degree After Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery

目的分析心理护理干预在减轻耳鼻喉部手术术后疼痛程度的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2016年1—9月收治的行耳鼻喉部手术的患者120例作为研究对象。盲选60例患者作为对照组,采用普通方法进行护理。另外60例患者作为观察组,采用心理护理干预。针对两组患者治疗效果间的差异性进行对比。结果两组患者的治疗效果对比,观察组的各项观察指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对患者实施心理护理干预,抑制患者的不良情绪反应,提升了患者依从性,缓解患者的术后疼痛感,使得病情往良好的方向发展。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention in alleviating the pain after operation of ear, nose and throat. Methods 120 patients with ENT surgery in our hospital from January to September 2016 were selected as the research objects. 60 patients were selected as the control group, and they were treated by common methods. Another 60 patients were selected as the observation group, using psychological nursing intervention. The differences between the two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared, and the observation indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Through the implementation of psychological nursing intervention to patients, to curb the adverse emotional reactions of patients, improve patient compliance, ease the pain of patients after surgery, so that the disease in a good direction.
