Mental Status and Nursing Effect of IVF-ET Pregnancy Patients

目的研究体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)妊娠患者的心理情况和护理效果评价。方法选取2015年9月—2016年8月到我院就诊的IVF-ET妊娠患者200例作为研究对象。并将其随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组患者进行常规护理;观察组患者在对照组的基础上,给予心理护理以及健康知识引导。比较两组患者护理后心理情况以及妊娠情况。结果护理后,观察组患者心理情况改善率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者早产率和妊娠终止率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组足月产率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理基础上,对IVF-ET妊娠患者给予心理护理和健康知识讲解,能够有效改善患者心理负面情况,降低患者妊娠终止率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To study the psychological status and nursing effect of patients with pregnancy after in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET). Methods 200 cases of IVF-ET pregnancy patients from September 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects. And they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 100 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing; The patients in the observation group were given psychological care and health knowledge guidance on the basis of the control group. The psychological condition and pregnancy condition of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the psychological improvement rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); The rate of premature delivery and termination of pregnancy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05); The full-term birth rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing, psychological nursing and health knowledge interpretation of IVF-ET pregnant patients can effectively improve the psychological negative situation of patients, reduce the termination rate of pregnancy, and improve the quality of life of patients.
