摘要
农村劳动力转移与区域产业增长及结构调整密切相关,区域经济增长差异,导致农村劳动力流向差异。经济因素是劳动力转移根本原因,一方面,区域经济增长加快影响产业结构调整,就业机会增加吸引大量劳动力转移;另一方面,区域经济增长引发投资变化,影响资本增长区域差异,资本增长差异影响劳动力配置差异。因此,政府应有序引导城市经济发展、合理规划城市化进程,推动产业结构升级,才能合理促进农民工转移。
Rural labor migration was closely related to the growth of regional industry and theadjustment of regional industry structure, the difference of regional economic growth also influence thedifference of rural labor flow direction. The economic factor was the basic reason of rural labor migration. Onthe one hand, accelerating the regional economic growth would affect the adjustment of the industrialstructure, so as to creat a large number of employment opportunities to attract a large number of labor forcemigration; on the other hand, regional economic growth would result in the change of investment, thusaffecting the regional difference of capital growth, capital growth would influence the configurationdifference of labors. Only by orderly guiding the urban economic development, rationally planning theurbanization speed and promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure, could the government promotethe migration of labors smoothly.
