摘要
单兵背负式电池组电源以高能量密度的锂电池组为储能单元,通过高效电源转换装置提供单兵装备供电电源,高效电源转换装置的转换效率及外形尺寸特别高度尺寸是单兵背负式电池组电源实现高功率密度及结构小型扁平化的技术关键。与传统的硅功率器件相比,碳化硅功率器件能够承受更高的电压,具有更低的寄生参数(寄生电容、电阻和电感),更小的器件尺寸和更短的响应时间,有利于提高电力电子功率转换设备的效率和功率密度,而且能够允许使用更小的变压器和电容器,可较好地实现电源装置的结构小型扁平化设计要求。
