摘要
目的比较分析团队合作教学法(Team Based Learning,TBL)与传统教学法(Conventional Teaching,CT)在麻醉科临床实习带教中的效果。方法将2015年9月—2016年9月在厦门大学附属第一医院进行临床专业实习的66名学生作为本次研究的观察对象。按照教学方法的不同将学生随机分为两组:CT组(n=33)和TBL组(n=33),CT组采用传统教学方式,TBL组采用团队合作教学方式。观察两组学生的实验报告成绩、理论考试成绩以及病例分析题成绩,并采取问卷调查的形式对两组学生对学习的满意度进行比较。结果 TBL组的实验报告成绩、理论考试成绩和病例分析题成绩,及对教学方法的满意度均优于CT组(P<0.05)。结论 TBL教学法在麻醉科临床实习带教中的教学效果优于常规教学方法,能够提升学生的自觉学习能力,培养学生对临床问题的独立思考和解决能力,是一种易于执行和推广的较好临床医学教学模式。
Objective To compare the teaching effectiveness between the team-based learning (TBL) methods and conventional teaching (CT) methods on clinical practice teaching in the department of anesthesiology. Methods Sixty-six students were recruited in the present study who did their clinical professional internship in the department of anesthesiology of the frst afliated hospital of Xiamen university, from September 2015 to September 2016. Students were randomly divided into two groups: group CT (n=33): adopted conventional teaching methods, and group TBL (n=33): adopted TBL teaching methods. Scores of experimental reports, theoretical test and case analysis were collected and compared at the end of the investigation. In addition, a questionnaire survey was conducted to access the satisfaction about the learning by the students. Results Compared to that of group CT, students of group TBL had higher scores of theoretical test and case analysis (P〈0.05). Conclusion The teaching effect is significantly more effective with the TBL teaching methods for clinical practice teaching in the department of anesthesiology. TBL improved students self-conscious learning ability, and effectively cultivate thinking ability in clinical practice, thus represents a good clinical teaching model which is easy to execute and popularize.
