摘要
目的研究问题式学习(PBL)教学法在神经外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法将我院神经外科实习的临床医学专业本科生60名作为研究对象,根据学号将其分为2组,分别予以传统教学法(对照组,n=30)、PBL教学法(观察组,n=30),对比两组教学效果。结果观察组病历书写、病例分析得分、教学满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法在神经外科临床教学中的应用效果显著。
Objective To study the application effect of PBL (problem based learning) teaching method in clinical teaching of Department of neurosurgery. Methods 60 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine in department of neurosurgery of our hospital were selected as the research objects, according to student number, they are divided into 2 groups, traditional teaching method (control group, n=30) and PBL teaching method (observation group, n=30) were respectively given, the teaching efect of the two groups was compared. Results The medical record writing, case analysis score and teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application efect of PBL teaching method in department of neurosurgery clinical teaching is remarkable.
