摘要
目的探讨宫颈癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞及NK细胞检测的临床意义。方法选取2015年2月—2016年10月我院收治的48例宫颈癌患者与同期健康检查的48名健康女性分为宫颈癌组与健康对照组。对两组分别使用流式细胞仪检测外周血T淋巴细胞及NK细胞水平,并作对比。结果健康对照组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及CD16+CD56+细胞水平较宫颈癌组II、III、IV期明显更高,CD8+细胞水平明显更低(P<0.05);宫颈癌组II、III、IV期的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及CD16+CD56+细胞水平呈阶梯性下降,CD8+呈阶梯性上升,III、IV期的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及CD16+CD56+细胞水平较II期明显更低,CD8+细胞水平明显更高(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者的免疫功能的下降,造成肿瘤细胞的发生与发展;采用流式细胞仪对外周T淋巴细胞与NK细胞进行检测可有效监测宫颈癌患者免疫功能,从而对宫颈癌患者的临床治疗提供有利的数据参考。
Objective Clinical significance of detection of peripheral blood T lymphocytes and NK cells in patients with cervical cancer. Methods From February 2015 to October 2016, 48 cases of cervical cancer patients and 48 healthy women in the same period were selected and divided into cervical cancer group and healthy control group. The levels of T lymphocytes and NK cells in peripheral blood were detected by fow cytometry in two groups. Results The levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+and CD16+CD56+ cells in the healthy control group were signifcantly higher than those in the cervical cancer group II, III and IV, and the level of CD8+ cells was significantly lower (P 〈 0.05); The levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+and CD16+CD56+ cells in II, III and IV stages decreased gradually in cervical cancer group, CD8+ showed a stepwise increase, and the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ and CD16+CD56+ cells in III and IV phases were signifcantly lower than those in II phase, level of CD8+ cells was significantly higher (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The decline of immune function in patients with cervical cancer leads to the occurrence and development of tumor cells; The detection of peripheral T lymphocytes and NK cells by fow cytometry can efectively monitor the immune function of patients with cervical cancer, so as to provide a favorable data reference for the clinical treatment of patients with cervical cancer.
