立体定向穿刺技术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Stereotactic Puncture Technique in the Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探究高血压脑出血患者接受立体定向穿刺技术治疗的价值。方法选取高血压脑出血患者100例,分为2组,对照组经内科保守治疗,实验组经立体定向穿刺引流治疗。结果实验组血肿消失时间、意识恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组,死亡率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血患者接受立体定向穿刺技术治疗的价值较高。

Objective To explore the value of stereotactic puncture in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 100 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into 2 groups. The control group was treated with conservative medicine, and the experimental group was treated with stereotactic puncture drainage. Results The hematoma disappearance time, consciousness recovery time and length of stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the mortality rate was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The value of stereotactic puncture technique in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is higher.
