宫腔镜应用于异常子宫出血的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Hysteroscopy in the Treatment of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

目的研究在异常子宫出血患者诊断治疗过程中应用宫腔镜的临床价值。方法抽取2016年1月—2017年7月我院妇科收治75例异常子宫出血患者,对所有患者行B超检查、宫腔镜检查及病理学检查。结果宫腔镜检查诊断总符合率(93.33%)与B超检查诊断总符合率(82.67%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫腔镜手术时间(20.0±2.1)min;术中出血量(20.0±1.8)ml;所有患者均顺利完成手术,手术无应激反应发生,术后无并发症出现。结论将宫腔镜应用于异常子宫出血患者临床诊断治疗中能够获得比较显著的效果,优势突出。

Objective To study the clinical value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods from January 2016 to July 2017, 75 cases of abnormal uterine bleeding were treated in our hospital. All patients were examined by B-ultrasound, hysteroscopy and pathology. Results The total coincidence rate of hysteroscopy diagnosis （93.33%） was significantly higher than that of B ultrasound diagnosis （82.67%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; Hysteroscopic operation time （20.0±2.1） min; intraoperative blood loss （20.0±1.8） ml; All patients were successfully completed the operation, no stress reaction occurred, no postoperative complications occurred. Conclusion Hysteroscopy in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding in clinical diagnosis and treatment can achieve signifcant results, prominent advantages.
