摘要 目的分析高压氧治疗脑外伤临床疗效及对患者认知功能障的影响。方法选择我院2013年1月—2017年7月收治的97例脑外伤患者,将其分为2组,对照组49例给予常规治疗,观察组48例在对照组基础上联合高压氧治疗,对两组患者治疗效果及认知状况进行比较。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为93.75%,高于对照组77.55%,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组FIM、NCSE评分均高于对照组,P<0.05,观察组FIM、NCSE评分分别为(97.75±7.32)分、(69.06±5.83)分。结论给予颅脑外伤患者高压氧治疗,疗效较好,有较好的神经认知功能。 Objective To analyze the clinical efcacy of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with traumatic brain injury and its infuence on cognitive function barrier. Methods From January 2013 to July 2017, 97 patients with traumatic brain injury admitted to our hospitalwere divided into 2 groups, the control group of 49 cases were given conventional treatment, the observation group of 48 cases in the control group on the basis of hyperbaric oxygen treatment, the treatment efect and cognitive status of the two groups were compared. Results The efective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, higher than that of the control group 77.55%, P 〈 0.05. After treatment, the scores of FIM and NCSE in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, P 〈 0.05, the scores of FIM and NCSE in observation group were (97.75±7.32) and (69.06±5.83), respectively. Conclusion The effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with traumatic brain injury is better, and it has better neurocognitive function.
