玻璃酸钠滴眼液和普拉洛芬滴眼液对青光眼术后干眼症的治疗效果

Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops and Pranoprofen Eye Drops for the Treatment of Dry Eye Syndrome After Glaucoma Surgery

目的探讨璃酸钠滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗青光眼术后干眼症的临床效果。方法随机选取2014年10月—2016年10月我院收治的青光眼术后干眼症患者68例,按照随机平行的原则将患者均分为对照组和观察组,对照组的34例患者使用璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组的34例患者对照组的基础上联合使用普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床效果以及泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间、荧光素染色评分。结果观察组34例患者中21例显效、12例有效、1例无效,临床治疗总有效率为97.06%;对照组34例患者中13例显效、16例有效、5例无效,临床治疗总有效率为85.29%,观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组;观察组患者接受治疗后泪液分泌试验为(7.24±1.35)mm与泪膜破裂时间(9.37±2.42)s、荧光素染色评分为(0.72±0.21)分,对照组患者接受治疗后泪液分泌试验(8.79±1.64)mm与泪膜破裂时间(11.07±2.97)s、荧光素染色评分为(0.98±0.49)分,两组对比,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论璃酸钠滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗青光眼术后干眼症的临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with pranoprofen eye drops after glaucoma surgery of dry eye. Methods From October 2014 to October 2016, 68 cases of dry eye patients after glaucoma surgery in our hospital. According to the principle of random parallel, they were divided into control group and observation group, 34 patients in the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops, and 34 patients in the observation group were treated with pranoprofen eye drops on the basis of the control group, the clinical efect, tear secretion test, tear flm break-up time and fuorescein staining score of the two groups were observed and compared. Results In the observation group, 21 cases were markedly efective, 12 cases were efective, 1 case were invalid, the total efective rate was 97.06% in the observation group （34 cases）; In the control group of 34 patients, 13 cases were markedly effective, 16 cases efective, 5 cases inefective, the total efective rate of clinical treatment was 85.29%, clinical observation of patients total efficiency was higher than the control group; observation group were treated as the schirmer test （7.24±1.35） mm, tear film break-up time （9.37±2.42） s, fluorescein staining score （0.72±0.21） points for, the control group after treatment of tear secretion test （8.79±1.64） mm, tear film break-up time （11.07±2.97） s, fluorescein staining score （0.98±0.49） points for, two groups were compared, P 〈 0.05, the diference was statistically signifcant. Conclusion The clinical efect of dry eye glass acid sodium eye drops combined with Pranoprofen Eye Drops after glaucoma surgery signifcantly.
