复方降压方穴位贴敷治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病的疗效观察

To Observe the Curative Effect of Compound Antihypertensive Formula of Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Liver Yang Hyperactivity Type Hypertension

目的探究复方降压方穴位贴敷对肝阳上亢型高血压病的临床疗效。方法根据我院2016年9月—2017年5月所收治的60例肝阳上亢型原发性高血压病患者的临床治疗资料,采用随机分组方式将患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例,其中对照组给予规范化高血压治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予复方降压方穴位贴敷治疗,对比两组患者的血压情况、中医症候(包括主症、次症、舌、脉象的变化)及尿微量白蛋白水平情况。结果对比两组患者血压改善情况,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组患者尿蛋白改善情况,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组患者症状改善情况,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无药物不良反应者,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方降压方穴位贴敷对肝阳上亢型高血压病具有理想临床治疗效果,其药物起效快、药效持续时间长、药效稳定、无不良反应,可明显改善患者高血压状态、降低患者尿微量白蛋白水平,远期预后效果良好。

Objective The clinical curative efect on liver yang hyperactivity type hypertension on antihypertensive compound prescription acupoint sticking. Methods From September 2016 to May 2017, 60 patients with primary hypertension of liver yang hyperactivity type in our hospitalthe patients were randomly divided into control group and the treatment group, with 30 cases in each group, the control group was given standardized treatment of hypertension, the treatment group in the control group were given compound hypotensive side acupoint sticking therapy, compared two groups of patients with blood pressure, symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine （including main symptoms and secondary symptoms, tongue and pulse changes） and urinary albumin levels. Results Compared the two groups of patients with blood pressure improvement, the treatment group was significantly better than the observation group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）; Compared with the two groups of patients with urinary protein improvement, the treatment group was significantly better than the observation group, the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）; Compared two groups of patients with symptoms improvement, the treatment group was signifcantly better than the observation group, the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Two groups of patients had no adverse reaction, no signifcant diference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Compound jiangya acupoint has ideal clinical efect in the treatment of liver yang hyperactivity type hypertension, drug fast onset, long duration of drug action, drug stability, no adverse reaction, can signifcantly improve patients with hypertension, lower albumin levels in urine, long-term prognosis and good efect.
