中西医结合治疗肛肠科患者术后尿潴留临床研究

Clinical Study on Postoperative Urinary Retention in Patients With Anorectal Diseases Treated With Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的肛肠疾病患者术后发生尿潴留的中西医结合治疗临床研究。方法将2016年1—6月我院肛肠科疾病患者术后发生尿潴留的50患者例随机分成对照组(25例)和实验组(25例),对两组的临床疗效进行观察对比。结果与对照组相比,实验组的显效率、总体有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗结合耳穴压籽、针灸刺激、敷脐疗法等中医疗法进行综合治疗可有效解决肛肠科患者的术后尿潴留。

Objective To study the effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine on postoperative urinary retention in patients with anorectal diseases. Methods From January to June 2016, 50 patients with anorectal diseases after operation in our hospital, were randomly divided into the control group （25 cases） and the experimental group （25 cases）, were observed on the clinical efcacy of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the markedly effective rate and total effective rate in the integrative medicine group were signifcantly higher than those in the experimental group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Conventional treatment combined with auricular point pressing, acupuncture stimulation, umbilical therapy and other traditional Chinese medicine therapy can efectively solve the postoperative urinary retention in patients with anorectal diseases.
