稳心颗粒联合比索洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常患者的临床观察

目的观察冠心病心律失常患者在应用稳心颗粒联合比索洛尔后的疗效和安全性。方法将82例冠心病心律失常患者随机分为两组,观察组41例采用稳心颗粒与比索洛尔联合治疗;对照组41例单独比索洛尔治疗,随访1个月、3个月比较二组用药前后的临床症状变化、24小时动态心电图以及不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗后24小时动态心电图检查结果均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);二组不良反应少,均未终止治疗,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合比索洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常近期疗效值得推荐,不良反应甚少。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Wenxin Granule Combined with bisoprolol in patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia. Methods 82 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group （41 cases） was treated with wenxin granule and bisoprolol; The control group 41 cases was treated with bisoprolol alone, followed up for 1 month and 3 months. The clinical symptoms, 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results The dynamic electrocardiogram in 24 hours after treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）; The total efective rate after treatment was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）; The two groups had less adverse reactions and no termination of treatment, the diference between the two groups was not statistically signifcant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The short-term efcacy of wenxin granule combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia is worthy of recommendation, and there are few adverse reactions.
