摘要
目的探究舒适护理在乳腺癌手术术后上肢水肿患者中的应用价值。方法将2016年2月—2017年2月本院的102例乳腺癌手术术后上肢水肿患者根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组各51例。对照组进行常规术后肢体水肿护理,观察组则进行舒适护理。比较两组护理前的舒适度、水肿程度及肢体功能状态。结果护理后观察组的舒适度、水肿程度及肢体功能状态优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在乳腺癌手术术后上肢水肿患者中的应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the application value of comfort nursing in patients with upper limb edema after breast cancer surgery. Methods From February 2016 to February 2017, 102 patients with upper limb edema after breast cancer surgery were divided into two groups according to random number table, 51 cases in each group. The control group received routine postoperative limb edema nursing, while the observation group received comfort care. The comfort degree, edema degree and limb functional state of the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results After nursing, the comfort degree, edema degree and limb functional state of the observation group were better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application value of comfortable nursing in patients with upper limb edema after breast cancer surgery is higher.
