无创呼吸机治疗新生儿肺炎合并呼吸衰竭60例临床护理

Clinical Nursing Care of 60 Cases of Neonatal Pneumonia Complicated With Respiratory Failure Treated by Noninvasive Ventilator

目的探讨无创呼吸机治疗新生儿肺炎合并呼吸衰竭的护理措施。方法选择在我院治疗的新生儿肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患儿60例,分为两组,对照组接受常规护理配合,观察组接受精细化护理。结果观察组的呼吸指数,氧合指数优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为83.3%,P<0.05。结论精细化护理有助于改善患儿肺功能和呼吸状况。

Objective To explore the noninvasive ventilator treatment of neonatal pneumonia combined with respiratory failure nursing measures. Methods 60 cases of neonatal pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing cooperation, and the observation group received meticulous nursing care. Results The respiratory index and oxygenation index of the observation group were better than those of the control group, P 〈 0.05; The total efective rate of the observation group was 93.3%, and the total efective rate of the control group was 83.3%, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Fine nursing is helpful to improve pulmonary function and respiratory status in children.
