家庭康复护理对脑卒中家庭护理者护理能力的影响分析

Influence of Family Rehabilitation Nursing on Nursing Ability of Family Caregivers of Stroke Patients

目的探讨家庭康复护理对脑卒中家庭护理者护理能力的影响。方法在社区中选择40例脑卒中家庭作为此次的研究对象,按照常规性护理措施和家庭康复护理将这40例脑卒中家庭护理者随机分为对照组20例和观察组20例。对照组脑卒中家庭护理者实施常规性护理,观察组脑卒中家庭护理者实施家庭康复护理,比较两组脑卒中家庭护理者的护理能力。结果观察组脑卒中家庭护理者的护理能力评分高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论家庭康复护理有效的提高脑卒中家庭护理者的护理相关知识,提高其护理能力。

Objective To explore the efect of family rehabilitation nursing on the nursing ability of stroke family caregivers. Methods 40 stroke families were selected as the research object. According to the routine nursing measures and family rehabilitation nursing, 40 cases of stroke family nursing were randomly divided into the control group 20 cases and the observation group 20 cases. The control group received routine nursing care of stroke family caregivers, and the observation group received family rehabilitation nursing for stroke family caregivers. The nursing ability of two stroke family caregivers was compared. Results The scores of nursing ability of the family caregivers of stroke patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Family rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the nursing related knowledge of stroke family caregivers and improve their nursing ability.
