Daytime Observation of Painless Abortion Safe Nursing Product Control Circle Effect

目的探讨日间无痛人工流产术安全护理中品管圈活动应用效果。方法将2016年1月—2017年3月104例实施日间无痛人工流产术患者根据数字表法分组。对照组实施常规护理和安全护理,品管圈组在安全护理中应用品管圈活动。比较两组护理满意度;护士操作技能评分、安全意识评分、综合素质评分;护理工作合格率。结果品管圈组护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;品管圈组护士操作技能评分、安全意识评分、综合素质评分高于对照组,P<0.05;品管圈组护理工作合格率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论日间无痛人工流产术安全护理中品管圈活动应用效果确切,可提升护士操作技能、安全意识、综合素质,提高护理工作合格率和患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of daytime circle painless abortion safe nursing. Methods From January 2016 to March 2017, 104 cases of painless artifcial abortion were divided into two groups according to the digital table method. The control group received routine nursing and safety nursing, and the quality control circle group used the quality control circle activities in the safety nursing. Compare two groups of nursing satisfaction; nurses operation skills score, safety consciousness score, comprehensive quality score; nursing work qualifcation rate. Results The nursing satisfaction of quality control circle group was higher than that of control group, P 〈 0.05; The operation skill score, safety consciousness score and comprehensive quality score of quality control circle nurses were higher than those of the control group, P 〈 0.05; The qualifed rate of nursing work in quality control circle group was higher than that in control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Day painless abortion safe nursing the QC circle application efect, can enhance nurses＇ skills and safety awareness, improve the comprehensive quality of nursing qualifcation rate and patient satisfaction, worthy of promotion.
