Research on Human Error in Flight Based on SHEL Model

利用SHEL模型分析飞行人为差错的来源,提出了预防人为差错相关对策。可加强飞行人员的心理选拔、打牢航空理论基础、加强机组资源管理(CRM)的研究、提高飞行人员的训练质量,并改善硬件、软件、环境界面与人的相容性。

This paper intends to use SHEL model to analyze the somme of human error in flight and puts forward some related solutions to prevent those errors, including enhancing the phychological screening of pilots, strengthen- ing the basis of aviation theory, reinforcing the research on crew resource management （CRM）, increasing the train- ing quality of pilots, and improving the compatibility of hardware, software, circumstance interface with human.
