以高阳煤矿采用的充电蓄电池组D560型192 V蓄电池组为研究对象,主要对其低电量报警断电装置组成部分和工作原理进行分析。对电机车蓄电池电压的实时监测显示,在电压降到充电电压时,报警断电,保证电机车蓄电池在良好状态下使用,延长蓄电池组的使用寿命,对蓄电池电机车的可靠高效运行起着至关重要的作用,同时也减少企业电机车维修的费用及配件投入。
