摘要
通过对变频调速装置的结构与特性进行分析,针对某电厂的高压电动机配置与特殊结构,探究其在高压引风电动机上的功能发挥与应用情况,并进一步对其应用效果进行分析。分析结果表明:在发电量相同的条件下,引入变频调速装置后,引风机的用电量基本都在15 000 k W以下,而没有引进前耗电量多在25 000 k W左右,节能效果明显。其中,引风机在变频调速后,其运行能耗与工频运行能耗量相比,所占总耗量的比重下降至42.27%,其变频运行用电量是工频运行电量的56.34%。
Through the analysis of the structure and characteristics of variable frequency speed regulation device for high voltage motor, configuration and special structure of a power plant, and explore the high pressure fan on the motor function and application, and further its application effect was analyzed.
