金属材料旋转摩擦火花试验台自动控制系统设计

摘要 旋转摩擦火花试验台是进行煤矿金属材料摩擦火花安全性能的一种重要设备。为了保证试验结果的准确性,降低试验过程中试验人员的工作量,提高工作效率,避免因误操作带来安全事故,将自动控制技术与试验要求相结合,通过对控制系统硬件和软件的设计,实现了对试验台的自动控制。该系统在试验过程中旋转试件转速稳态误差为±1 r/min,并自动计算旋转摩擦速度和不同模式下的旋转撞击次数,大幅提高控制精度。通过人机交互界面实现对试验台的监测和控制,直接输出和打印试验结果,整个过程无需人工干预,达到了提高工作效率、杜绝安全事故的目的。 Rotational friction spark test bench is an important equipment for the safety performance of friction spark for coal metallic materials. In order to ensure the accuracy of test results, reduce the workload of test person during the test, improve work efficiency and avoid accidents caused by misoperation, combine the automatic control technology and test requirements, through the design of hardware and software for the control system, realizes the automatic control to the test bench. Making the specimen rotation speed of the steady-state error is ±1 r/min in the process of test, and automatically calculate the rotational friction speed and the number of rotating impac under the different modes, greatly improve the control accuracy. Through the human machine interface to achieve the monitoring and control of the test bench, direct output and print the test results, the whole process without manual intervention,achieve the purpose of improving work efficiency and eliminating safety accidents.
