现代机械制造技术与加工工艺的探究

从现代机械工业的角度出发,分析加工工艺与制造技术的特点,在此基础上,为了研究现代机械制造技术与加工工艺的应用情况,引入了制造技术理论,例如引入计算表面粗糙度的公式探讨加工工艺的精确性,并以干切割为例,用表格的形式列出了干切削不同工件材料的加工方法。研究表明:只有大力提高制造技术与加工工艺的水平并合理地运用制造技术与加工工艺,才能不断推动现代机械加工业的发展。

From the perspective of modern mechanical industry perspective, this paper analyzes the characteristics of processing technology and manufacturing technology, on this basis, in order to study the application of modern machinery manufacturing technology and processing technology, introduces the manufacturing technology and theory,such as the introduction of the calculation of surface roughness on the accuracy of processing formula for dry cutting,and as an example with the form, in the form of a list of dry cutting different workpiece materials processing methods.The study shows that only by improving the manufacturing technology and processing level and the rational use of manufacturing technology and processing technology, in order to promote the development of modern machinery industry.
