拉刀是一种价格较昂贵的复杂刀具且在使用过程中也十分脆弱,易出现研刃、打齿、甚至断刀。因此分析渐开线拉刀失效的主要原因,并指出拉削过程中的注意事项,为降低加工成本提高生产率、延长拉刀使用寿命、降低拉刀意外废损率的实践提供理论参考。
