摘要
互联网的普及为不确定性问题赋予了新的内涵。以往对于不确定性的研究主要涉及客观和主观两方面的影响,并没有指出一般性的内容。基于此,在对不确定性概念及测度方法梳理的基础之上,总结出不确定性的一般性概念和测量维度,讨论不确定性的实质与产生原因。不确定性包含多方面内容,既有环境要素的复杂性、动态性,又有个人感知的不确定性;互联网情境下的不确定性问题存在诸多新的内容和表现,如创新创业、网络治理、制度不确定性等;不确定性作为一种常态,在不同环境下表现出不同的程度。
The issues of uncertainty have been confronted with some new concepts with the increasing spread of Internet.There are two primary aspects of uncertainty i.e.,objectivity and subjectivity,which are the focus in existing studies.However,the general content of uncertainty hasn't been studied yet in most of the researches.Therefore,we summarize the concept and measurement of uncertainty,and discuss its nature and sources.Uncertainty not only involves complexity and volatility of environment factors,but also refers to the perceived uncertainty of individuals.Besides,the issues about uncertainty under the background of the internet have shown new meanings and representations,such as innovation,entrepreneurship,the network governance and institutional uncertainty.Finally,we come to the conclusion that uncertainty,as a normal situation,reflects various extents in different contexts.
