摘要
将二维纳米层的制备与表征凝练为材料化学综合实验课题,采用水热法制备了Bir-nessite型层状MnO_2,利用超声辅助离子交换法对层状氧化锰实现了快速剥离。利用X射线衍射表征Birnessite型层状MnO_2在剥离各阶段的结构,利用原子力显微镜表征了氧化锰纳米层的大小和厚度,利用Dyndall现象研究了氧化锰剥离液的胶体性质,探讨了氧化锰纳米层的制备原理。通过该实验可使学生了解二维纳米层制备及表征的基本知识,同时可激发本科阶段学生从事科学研究的兴趣。
The preparation and exfoliation of 2D nanosheets material was deduced to a comprehensive experiment of material chemistry. The Birnessite-type manganese oxide was prepared by hydrothermal approach, and then was exfoliated using ultrasonic assistance ion-exchange method. The structure of manganese oxide during the exfoliated process was characterized by XRD, the horizontal and vertical size of the manganese oxide nanosheets was characterized by atom force microscope, and the Dyndall effect was verified using manganese oxide suspension. The basic knowledge of preparation and charac- terization for the 2D nanosheets materials, initiative participation and creativeness in scientific research could be promoted for the undergraduate students based on the training in this comprehensive experi- ment of material chemistry.
