摘要 四波混频(Four-Wave Mixing,FWM)在现代光通信领域具有非常重要的应用价值,是光波长变换和波分复用的关键技术之一。利用一种新型的碳纳米管涂覆倾斜光纤光栅构建全光纤四波混频转换器,并针对该结构展开系统参数特性研究实验。针对输入倾斜光纤光栅的不同泵浦光功率和不同的泵浦光波长这两个重要参数,我们进行了四波混频效率的实验设计。通过对实验结果进行分析,可以得到实验结论:泵浦光的波长对FWM的转换效率在一定范围的影响较小,而单泵浦光的光功率对FWM的影响成二次函数的关系。通过新型全光纤四波混频实验,使学生了解全光纤四波混频的基本工作原理,激发学生对光纤通信的兴趣。 Four-Wave Mixing (FWM) has very important application value in modern optical commu- nication field. It is one of the key technologies of optical wavelength conversion and wavelength division muhiplexing. Using a new type of carbon nanotube coated tilt fiber grating build all-fiber four-wave mixer, the experiment of the system parameter characteristic is carried out for the structure. Aiming at the two important parameters of different pumped optical power and different pump wavelengths, we conduct the experimental design on the four - wave mixing efficiency. Through the analysis of the ex- perimental results, we can get experimental conclusions: the wavelength of pump light has little effect on the FWM conversion efficiency in a certain range, and the influence of pump light power on FWM is quadratic. Through the new all fiber four wave mixing experiment, students understand the basic work- ing principle of Four-Wave Mixing, motivate them to have interests in optical fiber communication.
