摘要 为了减少微生物制药实验中菌种准备工作量和废品处理工作量,缩短实验周期,在普通高校微生物制药实验准备中,通过液体培养法得到菌丝体代替传统孢子斜面,提供给学生进行相关实验教学项目。实验表明,以-28℃冻存7天之内的菌丝体作为实验供种,其发酵过程中的菌丝形态及发酵单位无明显改变,并且由于不必培养大量孢子斜面,大大减少了工作强度和工作时间。因此,采用冻存菌丝体代替传统的孢子斜面进行微生物发酵方法可行,且具有一定的实用性。 In order to reduce the workload of bacterial strains and waste disposal, shorten experimen- tal cycle in university microbial pharmaceutical laboratory teaching, ferment of mycelium obtained through liquid culture for microbial pharmaceutical research, instead of traditional inoculation on in- clined surface using spores. No obvious change in the phenotypes of mycelium or ferment units were seen using frozen mycelium, which were stored in 28℃ for 7 days. More than that, this improved method reduces labor intensity and working hours due to the removal of work to culture huge amount of spores on inclined surface. It is feasible to replace spores inoculation on inclined surface with frozen mycelium. In addition, pave the way for future extended application.
