摘要 针对现有《有机化学实验》教材中从红辣椒中提取红色素实验方案存在的问题,对其实验方法进行了改进研究,实验结果表明改进的方法提取简单,薄层层析斑点清晰,柱色谱分离效果好。新的实验方法不仅实验现象明显,绿色、环保,而且与工业实际结合紧密,能激发学生学习的兴趣。通过对化学实验内容的不断改进,一方面使学生的基本操作得到训练,满足了实验教学课程的要求,另一方面又提高了学生现代绿色有机化学环保素质和科研素质。 The problems of extraction of red pigments from red pepper in the teaching materials of or- ganic chemistry experiment are discussed, this article improves the experiment method, the experimen- tal results show that the extraction method is simple, the spots of thin -layer chromatography was clear, column chromatography separation effect is good. It is green and environmental protection and has obvi- ous experimental phenomena and combiner with the practical industry closely, which can stimulate students' interest in learning. Through the improvements of experimental contents, not only basic skills of the students meet requirements of the experimental teaching course, but also students' modern green organic chemistry environmental quality and scientific research quality are brought up.
