摘要 为更好的发挥大型仪器设备对高分子教学实践和人才培养的作用,提高设备的使用率,将可变速门尼黏度仪应用于本科实验教学中。介绍了可变速门尼黏度仪的功能及应用,设置了不同橡胶样品的门尼黏度测试及变速测试实验。通过该实验的设置加深学生对"高分子物理"课程中聚合物流变性质、分子链及链段运动的分子机制等相关知识的理解与巩固,将理论学习与实验研究相结合,有利于提升学生的实验兴趣和热情,改善教学效果。 Large-scale instruments play an important role in polymer teaching practices and talents cultivation. The variable Mooney Viscometer was applied in undergraduate experimental teaching to in- crease the utilization rate of large-scale instruments. The function and application of variable speed Mooney Viscometer was introduced. Mooney viscosity testing experiments in standard speed and varia- ble speeds for different rubber samples were designed and implemented respectively. These experiment practices could help students understanding polymer rheology, macromolecular chain and segment movement in the course of "Polymer Physics". Combination of theoretical study and experiment prac- tice will help to enhance students' interest and enthusiasm, and then improve teaching effects.
