经阴道注水腹腔镜联合宫腔镜对不孕症患者盆腔状态与输卵管功能的评估作用

Evaluation Effect of Transvaginal Hydrolaparoscopy Combined with Hysteroscopy for Pelvic Condition and Fallopian Tubal Function in Patients with Infertility

目的探讨经阴道注水腹腔镜联合宫腔镜对不孕症患者盆腔状态及输卵管功能的评估作用。方法选取我院2011年1月至2013年6月采用经腹腹腔镜检查的76例不孕症患者作为对照组,另选取2014年8月至2016年2月接受经阴道注水腹腔镜联合宫腔镜检查的75例不孕症患者作为观察组。观察两组患者的盆腔及输卵管评估效果。结果两组患者的输卵管通畅性评定结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者的盆腔状态评估结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经阴道注水腹腔镜联合宫腔镜可直观、准确地评定不孕症患者输卵管与盆腔状态,效果与经腹腹腔镜检查相似,安全性高,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the evaluation effect of transvaginal hydrolaparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy for pelvic condition and fallopian tubal function in patients with infertility. Methods 76 cases of patients with infertility receiving transabdominal laparoscopy examination in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2013 were selected as the control group, and another 75 cases of patients with infertility receiving transvaginal hydrolaparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy examination in our hospital from August 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the observation group. The evaluation effects of pelvic cavity and fallopian tube of two groups were observed. Results No statistical difference was found in the evaluation results of fallopian tubal patency between two groups （P〉0.05）. No statistical difference was found in the evaluation results of pelvic condition between two groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions Transvaginal hydrolaparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy can directly and accurately evaluate the fallopian tube and pelvic cavity of patients with infertility, has the same effect as transabdominal laparoscopy examination and has high safety and clinical application value.
