臭氧治疗仪辅助治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道病的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Ozone Therapeutic Apparatus in the Adjuvant Treatment of Recurrent Candidal Vaginitis

目的探讨臭氧治疗仪辅助治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道病的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年12月至2016年12月收治的100例复发性念珠菌性阴道病患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予臭氧治疗仪辅助治疗。结果观察组的总有效率为98.0%,高于对照组的82.0%(P<0.05)。观察组的外阴瘙痒、白带异常、排尿烧灼感、腰腹疼痛等相关症状改善时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规药物治疗的基础上采用臭氧治疗仪辅助治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道病,可显著提高临床疗效,改善患者的临床症状与体征,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ozone therapeutic apparatus in the adjuvant treatment of recurrent candidal vaginitis. Methods 100 cases of patients with recurrent candidal vaginitis admitted to our hospital from December 2013 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine medicine, while the observation group was treated with ozone therapeutic apparatus on the basis of control group. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 98.0%, significantly higher than 82.0% of control group （P 〈0.05）. The improvement time of related symptoms, including vulva pruritus, leucorrhea abnormality, urination burning sensation and waist pain of observation group were significantly shorter than thsoe of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions On the basis of routine medicine, ozone therapeutic apparatus in the adjuvant treatment of recurrent candidal vaginitis can significantly improve the clinical curative effect, and improve patients＇ clinical symptoms and signs, which has higher clinical application value.
