摘要 目的探讨血液透析治疗糖尿病肾衰竭患者的效果及安全性。方法随机选取我院2015年1月至2017年1月收治的糖尿病肾衰竭患者78例,比较透析治疗前后患者的血清肌酐清除率(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血钾(K+)和血糖(Glu)水平,统计治疗过程中的并发症情况,分析血液透析的治疗效果和安全性。结果治疗后,患者的SCr、BUN、K+和Glu水平均降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。78名患者共透析400次,各并发症发生率最高为15.00%,最低为3.75%,并发症发生率较低。结论血液透析治疗糖尿病肾衰竭患者具有显著的效果,虽然治疗过程中会出现低血压、低血糖等情况,但能够通过针对性干预进行预防和治疗,血液透析的安全性较高。 Objective To explore the effect and safety of hemodialysis in the treatment of patients with diabetic renal failure. Methods 78 cases of patients with diabetic renal failure admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly selected. The levels of creatinine clearance rate (SCr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum potassium (K+) and blood glucose (Glu) levels before and after hemodialysis were compared, the complications during the treatment were recorded, and the treatment effect and safety of hemodialysis were analyzed. Results After treatment, the SCr, BUN, K+ and Glu levels decreased, and had statistical differences compared with those before treatment (P〈0.05). 78 patients were totally dialyzed 400 times. The highest incidence of complications was 15.00%, and the lowest was 3.75%. The incidence of complications was relatively low. Conclusions Hemodialysis in the treatment of diabetic renal failure has significant effect. Although there are hypotension and hypoglycemia during the treatment, the safety of hemodialysis can be higher through targeted intervention for prevention and treatment.
