参麦注射液联合芪苈强心胶囊对老年心力衰竭患者心功能及循环内皮微粒的影响

Effect of Shenmai Injection Combined with Qiliqiangxin Capsule on Heart Function and Circulating Endothelial Microparticles in Elderly Patients with Heart Failure

目的探讨参麦注射液联合芪苈强心胶囊对老年心力衰竭患者心功能及循环内皮微粒的影响。方法选取我院2015年2月至2016年5月收治的87例老年心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组(44例)和对照组(43例)。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用参麦注射液联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的心功能指标及循环内皮微粒水平。结果治疗前,两组患者的心功能指标、循环内皮微粒水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的心功能指标均高于对照组,循环内皮微粒水平低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论参麦注射液联合芪苈强心胶囊可有效提高老年心力衰竭患者的心功能,改善循环内皮微粒水平,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Shertmai injection combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule on heart ftmction and circulating endothelial microparticles in elderly patients with heart failure. Methods 87 cases of elderly patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group （44 cases） and control group （43 cases）. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the observation group was treated with Shenmai injection combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule on the basis of control group. The heart function and circulating endothelial microparticles were compared between two groups. Results Before treatment, no statistical difference was found in the heart function indicators and level of circulating endothelial microparticles between two groups （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the heart fimction indicators of observation group were higher than those of control group, the level of circulating endothelial microparticles was lower than that of control group （all P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Shenmai injection combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule can effectively improve the heart function and level of circulating endothelial microparticles of elderly patients with heart failure, which is worthy of promotion.
