艾迪注射液联合多西他赛、卡铂方案对老年复发性非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效观察

Observation on Short-Term Curative Effect of Addie Injection Combined with Docetaxel and Carboplatin in Elderly Patients with Recurrent Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的观察分析艾迪注射液联合多西他赛、卡铂化疗对老年复发性非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的近期疗效。方法选取我院收治的62例老年复发性NSCLC患者,随机平均分为两组。对照组仅行多西他赛联合卡铂化疗,实验组在此基础上采用艾迪注射液治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的有效率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),但实验组的临床获益率高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的外周血CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平与血清SCC-Ag、CEA、CYFRA21-1水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组的不良反应主要为Ⅰ~Ⅱ度,两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论对老年复发性NSCLC患者采用艾迪注射液联合多西他赛与卡铂化疗,效果显著,毒副作用少,值得推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the short-term curative effect of Addie injection combined with docetaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy in elderly patients with recurrent non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods 62 cases of elderly patients with recurrent NSCLC admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group only received docetaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy, while the experimental group was treated with Addle injection on this basis. The treatment effects were compared between two groups. Results Aider treatment, no statistical difference was found in the effective rate between two groups （P 〉0.05）, but the clinical benefit rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. The CD3~, CD4~ and CD4＋/CD8~ levels in peripheral blood and serum SCC-Ag, CEA and CYFRA21-1 levels of experimental group were lower than those of control group （-P 〈0.05）. During the treatment, the adverse reactions of two groups were mainly I to lI degrees. No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions Addie injection combined with docetaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy in elderly patients with recurrent NSCLC has significant effect and fewer toxic and side effects, which is worthy of promotion.
