奖励机制在护理精神分裂康复期患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Reward Mechanism in the Nursing of Patients with Convalescent Schizophrenia

目的研究奖励机制在护理精神分裂康复期患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年2月至2016年2月收治的150例精神分裂症患者,随机分为常规组与观察组各75例。常规组给予一般疾病护理流程,观察组采用奖励机制护理干预。比较两组患者干预后的康复疗效评分和满意度。结果干预后,常规组的生活能力、社会关系、工疗情况、生活习惯、人际交往等康复疗效评分均高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度为94.67%,明显高于常规组的78.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症康复期患者进行奖励机制护理干预,可有效提高患者的满意度,提高康复疗效。

Objective To study the application effect of reward mechanism in the nursing of patients with convalescent schizophrenia. Methods 150 cases of patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into conventional group and observation group, with 75 cases in each group. The conventional group received general disease nursing, while the observation group received reward mechanism nursing intervention. The score of rehabilitation effect after intervention and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of rehabilitation effect such as living ability, social relationship, occupational therapy, living habits and interpersonal communication of conventional group were higher than those of observation group, with statistical differences （P 〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree of observation group was 94.67%, significantly higher than 78.67% of conventional group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Reward mechanism nursing intervention in patients with convalescent schizophrenia can effectively improve patients＇ satisfaction degree and rehabilitation effect.
