急诊护理在脑出血昏迷患者抢救治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Emergency Nursing in the Rescue Treatment of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage Coma

目的探讨急诊护理在脑出血昏迷患者抢救治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年3月至2017年3月收治的60例脑出血昏迷患者,按照护理方法的不同分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组给予常规急救及护理,观察组则采取急诊护理流程。比较两组患者的抢救情况、抢救结局及并发症。结果观察组的分诊评估时间、静脉用药时间、有效抢救时间和住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的抢救成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的病死率、致残率和并发症发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急诊护理应用于脑出血昏迷患者抢救治疗中,效果显著,能够简化抢救步骤,缩短抢救时间,提高患者的存活率,加快预后恢复。

Objective To explore the application effect of emergency nursing in the rescue treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma. Methods 60 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the different nursing methods, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine first aid and nursing, while the observation group received emergency nursing procedures. The rescue situation, rescue outcome and complications were compared between two groups. Results The triage evaluation time, intravenous medication time, effective rescue time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. The rescue success rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found in the mortality rate, disability rate and incidence of complications between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Emergency nursing in the rescue treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma has significant effect, can simplify the rescue procedure, shorten the rescue time, improve patients＇ survival rate, and accelerate the prognosis recovery.
