温肺化痰饮治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘30例疗效观察

Clinical effect of lung-warming and phlegm-eliminatingdecoction in treatment of cough variant asthma in children:an analysis of 30 cases

目的:探讨温肺化痰饮对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿临床症状的改善及呼吸峰流速的影响。方法:将60例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组口服温肺化痰饮治疗,对照组予布地奈德及复方异丙托溴铵雾化治疗,观察2组治疗前后中医证候的改善,并测定PEF。结果:中医证候疗效总有效率治疗组为96.67%,对照组为83.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组治疗后PEF值均较治疗前明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:温肺化痰饮能改善儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘症状体征及PEF。

Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of lung - warming and phlegm - eliminating decoction on peak expiratory flow（PEF） in children with improvement of clinical symptoms and cough variant asthma. Methods：A total of 60 children with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 children in each group. The children in the treatment group were given oral lung -warming and phlegm -eliminating decoction, and those in the control group were given aerosol treatment with budesonide and ipratropium bromide. The improvement in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）syndrome after treatment was observed in both groups, and PEF was also measured. Results ： There was a significant difference in overall response rate for TCM syndrome between the treatment group and the control group（96.67% vs 83.33% ,P 〈0. 01 ）. Both groups had a significant increase in PEF after treatment（P 〈0. 01 ） ,while there was no significant difference in PEF after treatment between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Lung - warming and phlegm - eliminating decoction can improve symptoms, signs, and PEF in children with cough variant asthma.
