摘要
目的:利用超高效液相色谱法测定不同批次石柑子中N-反式香豆酰酪胺的含量。方法:采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18柱(2.1mm×100mm,18μm)为色谱柱,柱温为25℃;以甲醇-水溶液为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.2m L/min,检测波长为300nm,测定石柑子中N-反式香豆酰酪胺的含量。结果:N-反式香豆酰酪胺在进样量为6.14~73.68ng(r=0.99934)的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,所建立的含量测定方法的平均回收率为98.11%(n=9),RSD值为1.32%。结论:本研究所建立的石柑子中N-反式香豆酰酪胺的含量测定方法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可为石柑子的质量控制提供参考。
Objective:To determine the content of N - trans - p - coumaroyltyramine in different batches of Pothos chinensis using ultra -performance liquid chromatography(UPLC). Methods : UPLC was performed on an Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB - C 18 column (2. 1 mm × 100mm, 18 μm)with a mobile phase of methanol - water for gradient elution at a column temperature of 25 ℃, a flow rate of 0.2mL/min, and a detection wavelength of 300 nm to determine the content of N - trans - p - coumaroyltyramine in Pothos chinensis. Results : N - trans - p - coumaroyhyramine showed a good linear rela- tionship with the peak area within the range of 6. 14 -73.68ng(r = 0. 99934) ,and the established method for content de- termination had anaverage recovery rate of 98.11% (n = 9 )with a relative standard deviation of 1.32%. Conclusion:The method for content determination of N - trans - p - coumaroyltyramine in Pothos chinensis established in this study is simple, convenient, and accurate with good repeatability and can provide a reference for quality control of Pothos chinensis.
