The Warmth Beneath the Reinforced Concrete Forest——Design of Residential Area of Central New Town in Yongzhou

永州中央新城是四线城市中的超大型住宅楼盘,容积率高、地块"碎"、商业比例偏高及建设方的"快进快出"诉求等,都趋向于成为负面因素,促使楼盘变成无特色的钢筋混凝土森林。摆脱这种困境,创造整体感强、人性化、有温度的社区环境空间成为我们设计思考的出发点,架高平台成为解决这一问题的手段,通过问题的解决,设计创造的项目特色也随之显现。

Yongzhou central new town is a super large residential project in a fourth-tier city. High plot ratio, fragmental block.the high proportion of commercial and the ＂fast forward, fast out＂appeal holded by the developer,tend to become negative factors,prompting the event into a non-characteristic reinforced concrete forest.Get rid of this predicament,create a sense of integrity, humanity,and temperature of the community environment space, become our starting point for design thinking. The high platform becomes a solution to this problem. Through the solution of the problem, the project characteristics of design creation will appear.
