中国城市老年人跌倒的影响因素分析

The Influence Factors of Older Adults' Falls in Urban China

跌倒威胁着老年人的健康,给老年人晚年生活笼上阴影。基于2010年中国城乡老年人口状况追踪调查数据,应用二分logit回归模型探究了城市老年人跌倒的影响因素。结果表明,女性、无配偶、拥有较差的自评经济状况和子女经济状况、更低的自评健康状况、患多种慢性病、视力较差、有失禁或忘事状况、日常生活能力较弱、住在楼房和旧街区、经常拜访邻居及帮子女做事的老年人更易跌倒。因此,可从提供老年人生活保健补贴、提升社区服务水平、提倡年龄友好型社区等方面降低老年人跌倒风险。

As a risk factor of older adults＇ health, falls cast a shadow over their later life. Using data from the tracking survey of the aged population of China in 2010, this article attempted to explore the fac- tors for falls among older aduhs in urban China by means of binary logistic regression model. The result showed that the female, older adults with bad self - rated economic condition and self - rated health, suf- feting from multiple chronic diseases, poor eyesight, incontinence and amnesia, with poor ADL had a high- er risk of fall. Whatg more, living in building or old block, having more visits to their neighbors and help- their kids with housework were risk factors for older adults＇ falls. Therefore, policy makers should pay more attention on the falls of older adults and could achieve actions by providing health care subsidies, pro- moting community services or advocating for age - friendly community in order to reduce the possibility of falls.
