摘要
【目的】考察两种治疗方案对小儿支气管肺炎患者的临床疗效及药物经济学分析。【方法】收集符合小儿支气管肺炎诊断标准并给予两种方案治疗的217例患儿,采用回顾性调查法,分别对两种方案(A组:乳糖酸阿奇霉素+头孢呋辛钠,B组:乳糖酸阿奇霉素+头孢美唑钠)进行临床疗效、安全性评价及药物经济学相关指标的考察。【结果】两种治疗方案均有良好的治疗效果,患儿用药后的退热时间无显著性差异(t=1.045,P=0.297),白细胞归转时间无显著性差异(t=1.011,P=0.313)。经最小成本法分析,A组方案人均住院费、人均药费和日均药费均较B组低,分别为(2654.99±463.78)、(492.92±133.43)和(80.03±23.66)元,差异均有统计学意义,数值分别为(t=8.470,P=0.000),(t=9.939,P=0.000),(t=6.071,P=0.000)。【结论】对儿童支气管肺炎的治疗,乳糖酸阿奇霉素+头孢呋辛钠与乳糖酸阿奇霉素+头孢美唑钠两种治疗方案的疗效相当,但从药物经济学结果分析,乳糖酸阿奇霉素+头孢呋辛钠相对成本较低,更为经济合理。
[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of two treatment options for bronchopnemnonia in children and analyze the pharmacoeeonomics. [Methods] A total of 217 children with bronchial pneumonia in two treatment options were retrospectively investigated and divided into two groups. The patients in group A were treated with azithromycin lactobionate and sodium cefuroxime. Those in group B were treated with azithromyein lactobionate and sodium cefmetazole. The indexes on clinical efficacy, safety and pharmaeoeconomics were compared between the two treatment options. [Results] Both treatment options were of good therapeutic efficacy. There was no significant difference in fever clearance time after the treatment (t=1.045, P=0.297), and the leukocyte transit time showed no statistical significance (t=1.011, P=0.313). According to the cost minimization analysis, the per capita hospitalization cost, per capita drug cost and daily drug cost in group A were respectively (2654.99 ± 463.78) yuan, (492.92 ± 133,43) yuan and (80.03 ± 23.66) yuan, which were significantly lower than those in group B (t=8.470, P=0.000; 1=-9.939, P=0.000; t=-6.071, P=0.000). [Conclusion] The two treatment options for bronchopneumonia in children are equivalent, but the regimen of azithromycin lactobionate and sodium cefuroxime is more economic than the other.
