本文阐述了志书审稿的必要性,从对志书终审的质量要求出发,提出重点围绕志稿的总体框架结构、篇幅长短、交叉重复、倾向性记述、重大缺漏、重要史实错误等方面进行审定,着重强化终审会前、后的沟通,交流研讨,提出了志稿终审中需注意处理的关键问题,以期对提高志稿的质量、发挥志书的"存史、资政、育人"等功能起到积极作用。

This Article explains the importance of reviewing the Chronography of administrative areas. The author points out the review shall focus around the general frame, the length of writing, the overlapped information,the tendentious account, major omissions and important historical mistakes etc. The author also emphasizes on the communications and discussions before and after the closing meeting and lines out the key issues to be paid more attentions in the final review of Chronography.
