摘要
岩礁是特殊的岛屿,改良岩礁为国际法所允许,改良岩礁不同于建设人工岛屿,但改良后的岩礁不能主张专属经济区和大陆架。岩礁的改良是人为添附活动,经改良后其领海基点应当移至最外部。
Rocks are special islands, rocks improving is different from construction of Artificial island. it permitted by international law, but the rocks that have been improved shall have no Exclusive economic zone or continental shelf. Improvement on Rocks is an artificial accessio, and the territorial sea points should be selected at the outer edge of improved rocks.
