摘要 在传统的弧形钢闸门人工设计中,经常进行一些简单的、重复性的计算,并且设计的也过于保守,造成钢材及设计人员时间精力的浪费。随着计算机参数辅助化技术的不断发展,计算机的各种寻优计算被逐渐地运用到现实工程当中。运用粒子群算法对弧形钢闸门进行寻优计算,工作量小、计算时间短,耗钢量少,所以对闸门进行寻优计算就显得尤为重要。对粒子群算法的基本原理进行了介绍,建立弧形钢闸门主框架模型,同时建立了弧形钢闸门的数学模型。通过具体工程实例,将传统人工设计的结果和MATLAB中粒子群算法的优化结果进行比较。结果表明,粒子群算法对钢闸门的优化设计是可行的,比传统设计用钢量更少,为以后钢闸门的计算提供了新的思路和方法。 The traditional radial gate artificial design often makes some simple and repetitive calculation,and the design is too conservative,thus making the waste of steel and the effort of designers.With the development of parameters of auxiliary computing technology,all kinds of optimization calculation of computer are gradually applied to practical engineering,if using the PSO algorithm to make the optimized calculation for the radial gate,we can get less work,short calculation time and less consumption of steel.So it is very important to make optimization calculation to radial gate.This paper mainly introduces the basic principles of PSO algorithm,establishes the main frame model and mathematic model of radial gate.Through an engineering example,it makes an comparison between the results of traditional artificial design and the optimization results of PSO algorithm in MATLA,which shows the PSO algorithm is available to the optimization design of radial gate.And it uses less steel than the traditional one,also provides a new method and thoughts to the later radial gate calculation.
