摘要
针对水电机组盘车计算传统方法不够准确的缺点,利用最小二乘拟合原理,将盘车过程实测的多个位置参量进行正弦函数拟合,算出对应的最大倾斜值及对应倾斜角度,为后续绝缘垫刮削或加垫奠定基础。该方法在白沙电站机组盘车过程中得到应用,实践表明该方法计算简单、结果准确,有效地提高了盘车质量。
Because the traditional method of hydropower units turning gear calculation is not accurate,this paper is using the position parameters which measured by fitting the turning process to fit the sine function based on least squares method,and calculate the maximum value and the corresponding tilt angle,which lay the foundation for subsequent insulation pad scraping.This method has been applied in the turning gears calculation in the Baisha hydropower station,and the practice shows that this method is simple,accurate,and improve the quality of turning gear effectively.
