摘要
针对水电机组安装过程中出现的盘车效果不佳现象,具体分析盘车绝缘垫刮削优缺点,利用回归分析原理,拟合白沙电站某次盘车实测数据,对轴线曲折进行与判断分析。实践分析表明,该方法能够较准确地预测水电机组轴线曲折状态,有效地提高机组盘车质量。
Pointed to the poor turning barring effect of hydropower units in the installed process,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of scraping insulation pad,and it fits a turning Baisha power station test data by using regression analysis principle,and to judge of the axes winding.The practical analysis shows that this method can accurately predict the hydropower unit axis winding state,and improve the quality of turning unit effectively.
