摘要
瓦斯系统是炼化企业能源系统的重要组成部分,对瓦斯系统进行优化,对于炼厂装置的平稳运行及节能具有重要意义。炼厂瓦斯系统主要基于经验进行管理,缺乏专业的优化工具支撑,无法快速回应因生产工况变化造成的系统波动。针对瓦斯系统中存在的问题,建立了瓦斯系统优化模型。瓦斯系统优化模型综合考虑了瓦斯系统的物料平衡约束、热量平衡约束、装置工艺约束等约束条件,采用优化建模软件Lingo求解,计算得到瓦斯系统优化方案。实施效果表明,该模型可有效降低瓦斯系统的运行成本,每年通过调节重整装置燃料配比可获得经济效益12.95万元,通过加热炉氧含量优化获得经济效益26.83万元,通过常减压装置燃料配比优化获得经济效益11.38万元,通过外补天然气量优化获得经济效益260.10万元,总效益达到311.26万元。
Gas system plays an important role in refinery energy system.The optimization of gas system has im- portant significance for the stable operation and energy saving of refining units.Refinery gas system is man- aged mainly based on experience,and professional optimization tools are not available to quickly respond to the system fluctuations caused by the changes in production conditions.To solve the problems in gas system, an optimization model is established for gas system.Constraint conditions of gas system including heat balance constraint,material balance constraint and process requirement constraint are comprehensively considered,and the optimization modeling software Lingo is used to obtain the optimization scheme of gas system.The imple- mentation results show that this model can effectively reduce the operation cost of gas system, achieve an an- num economic benefit of 129500Yuan,268300Yuan,l13800Yuan and 2601000Yuan respectively by adjusting the fuel ratio in CCR unit,optimizing the oxygen content in furnace,optimizing the fuel ratio in CDU/VDU and optimizing the amount of make-up natural gas,and achieve a total profit of 3112600Yuan.
