摘要
以花椒为原料,采用纤维素酶酶解法结合响应面优化花椒油树脂提取工艺。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为:50%的乙醇为提取剂、纤维素酶用量62.3mg/L、酶解时间2.3h、酶解温度50℃、液料比47.41(mL/g),该条件下花椒油树脂提取率为37.22%。采用气相色谱—质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对花椒油树脂进行分析,共鉴定出47种化合物,主要有D-柠檬烯、芳樟醇、月桂酸、柠檬烯二醇、松油醇、驱蛔萜、柠檬酸月桂酯、花椒素等。
Zanthoxylum was used as the material.Combined cellulase hydrolysis with response surface method to optimize the Zanthoxylum oleoresin(Z獉oleoresin)extraction process.Results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of Z獉oleoresin as follows: 50% ethanol as extractant, cellulase dosage was62.3 mg/L,enzymolysis time was 2.3 h,enzymolysis temperature was 50 ℃,liquid ratio was 47.41(mL/g).In this condition,the extraction efficiency of Z獉oleoresin was 37.22%.A total of 47 compounds were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Main ingredients were D-limonene,linalool,lauricacid,limonene glycol,alpha-terpineol,ascaridole,citronellyl myristate,xanthoxylin,etc.
